Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (maximum within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correctly submitted during the checkout process. No refunds will be issued for any orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address.
