REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please note that once your order has been shipped there are no refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is correctly submitted during the checkout process. No refunds will be issued for any orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address.
Should you choose to change your mind, you may cancel an order for a refund if your order has not been shipped. A refund fee of 10% will apply to all order cancellations. Please call 416-276-5685 or send an email to email@example.com if you would like to cancel your order.

Due to the setup of our manufacturing facility, our products may contain traces of nuts and other allergens. In case of an allergy please exercise caution.
ONLINE PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND PRICING
Some of our products have a shorter shelf life than others, as such some items items sold in store are not available to be shipped or may only be shipped in the Winter months. Online prices and products may be different from in store.
For increased shelf life, please ensure products are stored in a cool dry place.
In the event you are not satisfied with your order due to handling while in transit or an error has occurred with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Images on our website have been enhanced to show product texture. Products you receive may vary in size and appearance.
In the event of an inventory shortage, Al-Karam Sweets reserves the right to replace an item with one of equal value. We will attempt to notify all customers prior to making any changes.
