Al-Karam Sweets offers shipping across Canada and the Continental United States. Whether you have a sweet tooth craving, are celebrating an occasion or would like to gift a special someone, Al-Karam Sweets will ensure you have a stress-free shipping experience!
We have partnered with major shipping companies including UPS, FedEx, Loomis Express and Canada Post to ensure orders are delivered on time at very competitive shipping rates.
SHIPMENT TRANSIT TIMES
Through our partnerships with major shipping companies we are able to have shipments delivered all across Canada and USA as early as next business day! All shipments processed through UPS, FedEx, Loomis Express or Canada Post will be delivered on weekdays only, unless Saturday shipping option (surcharges apply) is requested prior to placing your order.
Orders received before 4:00 pm EST Monday to Wednesday* will be shipped next business day. To have your order shipped on the same business day, prior arrangements must be made by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 416-276-5685. Any orders received after 4:00 pm EST will be shipped on the second business day* following receipt of the order. Any orders received on Friday and on weekends/Canadian Holidays, will be shipped next business day.
*If your order is received late in the week and expected delivery (based on the shipment method you have selected) is for the following week, your order shipment date will be moved to Monday of the following week. This is done to ensure freshness of your sweets as well as to reduce the transit time for your order, as shipments shipped Thursday and Friday may be held at the courier warehouse over the weekend.
Larger orders and orders that require additional information from the customer may be delayed in shipment.
US CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
All items crossing into the United States must be cleared by US Customs. Transit times for shipments may be delayed if your order encounters a US Customs delay.
Minimum purchase for shipping is $37.98.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
All orders for shipping/delivery must be placed online. Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Upon shipment, shipping information and tracking details will also be sent directly to your email.
We make it our priority to ensure your products are delivered to you in the quickest and safest way possible. All of our online products are packaged and shipped fresh directly from our Toronto store.
Each order is carefully prepared for shipment to ensure safe delivery. Due to the nature of shipping, contents of your order may move around during transit.
In the event of an extreme heat event, Al-Karam Sweets reserves the right to delay the shipment of any order. All effort will be made by Al-Karam Sweets staff to communicate with customers impacted by any such delay.
