Shipping to the U.S. has significantly improved with most orders now delivering in 1-2 business days. We are still restricting shipments of Kalakand, Coconut Burfi, Rus Gullah and Chum Chum due to the hot weather, and while delays are now rare, an occasional one is still possible.

By placing a U.S. bound order, you agree to the additional terms outlined below:

  1. All delivery date commitments for U.S. orders remain suspended. While most shipments arrive within approximately 1–2 business days, U.S. Customs may hold packages for additional inspection, which can result in longer delivery times. Al-Karam Sweets has no control over U.S. customs clearance timelines. As such, if you are ordering for an event or need your order by a guaranteed date, please note your order may encounter U.S. customs delays.
  2. All U.S. shipments will include a $27.50 CAD/$20 USD tariff and brokerage surcharge, reflecting fees charged by shipping carriers. This amount will be included in the shipping cost at checkout.
